1What is a JV Partner

Basically, this means you are an equity partner in a development project. When the development company can obtain part of the funds it needs to complete a project from investors rather than the bank, this reduces the holding costs, improves serviceability and maximises profits. This in turn allows the development company to share its profits with the investors.

3How does it work?

Our JV Partner structure enables you to fast track your wealth strategy through property development. The structure enables investors to participate in an investment opportunity that does not expose them to any personal guarantees associated with property or construction debt.

Investors deposit their money into an independently managed external registry application account and receive units or shares reflecting the investment structure of the project. The majority of our investors receive monthly distributions, depending on the structure of the project. Upon full project completion, the profit share and original investment capital will be distributed to investors.

4How much do I need to Invest?

While the initial investment amount may vary from project to project, investors with as little as $80,000 (and thereafter in $10,000 increments) are generally able to access the strong returns that our Partner program has to offer.

5Is my money safe?

Apart from depositing your cash into a bank and being content with the low interest rates they offer, any investment carries with it an inherent level of risk.

While no single investment can mitigate every level of risk, we carry out a significant level of due diligence and disclose pertinent information which you can find in the official project offer document. This enables you to assess the suitability of a project before making a commitment.

Our Partner program structure allows us to deliver an investment opportunity that does not expose participating investors to any personal guarantees associated with property or construction debt.

6What are the risks?

As with any investment opportunity, there is no guarantee. As an investor, you should conduct your own due diligence and review all available documentation before making any investment decision. Investors are also welcome to seek personal financial advice.

In any development project, there is the potential for delays in unforseen circumstances, such as Council approvals, inclement weather impacting on construction timeframes and delays in the settlement of completed sales.

Should any of these events occur, our experienced and knowledgeable team of experts will be able to overcome any obstacles and turn a project around.
